Shock Athletic interlocking foam flooring provides protection for your home gym. The four pieces of high density foam feature a shock-absorbing surface that reduces noise and impact on joints while you workout, protecting floors from damage caused by heavy equipment. The waterproof mats eliminate vibration from treadmills and weights to keep carpet fibres out of machines. The interlocking pieces assemble into a large protective mat for your gym space.
