Tv won’t turn on power light keeps blinking and shut off

I bought this tv December 26 2019 and now it stop working before I even have a chance to change the batteries in the remote. Tv was great now I don’t understand just 7 months after warranty it died that’s not right to consumers to have these kinds of problems buying tv every year. This is just terrible now I’m out of another tv in less than two years.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a good tv

Bought it about 16 months it had some small issues i thought of nothing at the time. It would freeze randomly and pre-installed apps wouldn't work. Just the other day I was watching tv in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon it stopped working. Every time I'd try to turn it on it would display the Sharp logo darkened on one side, the led indicator would blink and then shut off. I've tried everything there is to do for troubleshooting but still nothing. Definitely not happy with the buy.

It's selling point is its sound quality which is really good.

I got this from the Rylander Boulevard Canadian Tire over a month ago, but I'm bitterly disappointed with its picture quality and the amount of time it took me to calibrate the picture i wanted. However, it left me very dissatisfied. With all its favourable reviews and selling points, the picture quality never improved no matter how hard i tried. Also, streaming sport app - used DAZN - was never smooth. I could not watch a single match without interruption every 2/3 minutes even when streaming on 500 mbps Rogers Ignite internet. There must be some issues with the TV and I am returning it for an exchange. Every product i have purchased from CT have been excellent, not this one. My wifi hub names this TV Quingdong. I guess it is a cheap chinese tv masked in the name of SHARP TV.

No, I do not recommend this product.

It's not the experience we want for our customers. Our products are tested to ensure features and functionality and not calibrated at all out of the box - we're sorry you had difficulties with all the picture mode adjustments. As for the issues with DAZN, unfortunately, what your ISP claims (500 mbps), what your phone reads, and what your TV can read are three different things based on WiFi chip readers. If you have too many things connected to the same WiFi channel or if the modem is located more than 10 feet from the television, it can have a hard time competing with your other electronics - this is because TVs have a weaker chip reader than computers and mobile phones by design. We are always working on software updates and improvements to our televisions. Though not currently available, Prime may become available in the near future depending on the support requirements being compatible with this specific model.
