A: Sorry - I answered the wrong question, I meant to answer my own question - harder to do from cell phone. Sharp web site answered it Tv is 2x2 dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, nice feature, no cable to run but wire will be constantly fast and no interferences

Q: I bought 55inches sharp smart t.v. it came with Apps .I used it to watch YouTube for 3days and now it doesn't connect to YouTube anymore. What is wrong?

Please include your model number, serial number, current firmware version, your www.fast.com reading (please launch your TV web browser and take note of this reading), and your receipt. Q: If I were to purchase this tv am I able to download YouTube Netflix Spotify dzan and etc??? and can I chrome cast or connect both my iPhone and galaxy to this tv??

A: This television uses the VIDAA operating system. You can get YouTube and Netflix for sure. New updates are coming out that bring DAZN and Spotify to the VIDAA o/s TVs but your TV may not have it at this time. You can use Anyview cast to connect compatible Android or Apple devies to this TV for screen mirroring. This TV does not have a built-in Chromecast as it is not an Android platform.

A: Currently, Disney + Is not compatible with the VIDAA operating system. You can connect a compatible third party device like a Streaming Stick, Firestick, Google Chromecast, Mi Box or gaming console - or you can connect your computer to you TV via HDMI to access Disney +. This television has Netflix and YouTube as well as many other great apps.

A: Sharp Canada does not manufacture or sell wall mounts - however, this television is VESA compatible with mounts 200mm x 200mm that can support a minimum weight of 28lbs.
