worked well for 2 years

I have a long-haired cat. Bought this for the pet hair attachment. It worked well for about 2 years. However, her long hair kept wrapping around the roller where it attaches to the frame. The hair was impossible to get out of that spot without taking the head apart, but if I didn't clean it out it would eventually build up enough that the brush had trouble spinning. Now the brush will not spin if I put even the slightest pressure on it; it spins while you hold it in the air, but as soon as you touch the surface you want to remove hair from it stops spinning. While it worked, it did a good job. Warranty is up, so I'm going to order a new pet hair head. If that one fails, I'll keep this as a dust vac and buy a different brand for pet hair. I do not recommend this for long-haired pets.

Powerful but lacks a stand

Very happy with the Shark. Powerful suction and fast charge. All it lacks is a vertical charging stand like the one it replaced. This one lies flat and therefore takes up more counter space.

A: Lithium-ion batteries take approximately 6 hours to fully charge. A full charge will last about 13 minutes if you are using a motorized attachment. Without a motorized attachment, the handheld vacuum can run longer.
