The name says it all!

tl:dr - sucks up big chunks, good battery, can manoeuvre under low furniture, but can't sweep crumbs that are right up against a wall.
I LOVE this product! It is really quiet and powerful. I have a kindergartener and a toddler that leave a trial of crumbs behind them like Hanzel and Gretel. This sweeper has no trouble sucking up Cheerios and larger crumbs. It even picks up foods with wetter textures (like grated cheese).
It is extremely low profile so I can slide it under my furniture too!
I am so impressed with the charge this has - I was thinking the battery would die after two or three uses, but it just kept going and going for multiple uses over three or four days before we finally drained the battery after the initial charge.
My only criticism is that it won't sweep items that are nestled up next to a wall or counter. They have to be a couple inches away from an edge for the sweeper to reach them.

Great Cleaning Tool

Hi: We are very happy with our Shark. I bought it in June 2016. We have a 1000 sq. ft. apt. and it does a great job on the floor & carpet. It fits in tight spots and under the bed. We don't have any pets. We got it on sale 1/2 price. My husband is custodian and he also uses a shark in the building.

This thing is a piece of junk. Battery dies after about 1/2 hour and needs to be charged. Doesn't work on any carpet with a pile taller than 1/8th. inch. Works okay on bare floors but it can't get close to baseboards or corners. I'm very disappointed.

In open areas, it's a great vacuum for bare floors and rugs at the exterior door entrances. Where this product is realy lacking in practicality is along the edges under the cupboards, along the baseboards and corners so as my title says, don't fire the broom just yet.
As this is a fairly recent purchase, I get about 30-45 minutes out of a charge. This is when the suction begins to reduce.

This thing is AWESOME

I just wanted something to supplement in between major vacuums. Which I don't get to do often since my baby is scared of it and it wakes her up if I attempted during her nap/sleep hours. This thing is exactly what I need. It has just enough power to do the job while keeping the sound to a bare minimum. I have solid red carpet ( I know eww) and it shows every speck of lint, crumbs, whatever. And this thing picks up every bit including tonnes of hair and dust you can't see. I was shocked to see how much debris was in the tray after 5 mins. The dust tray just pulls out the side and is easy to empty without any mess, and you can rinse it out. As far as battery goes I haven't had it long enough to rate it, but I know with these kind, you need to make sure you follow the instructions to condition the battery when you first get it and don't leave it on the charger otherwise you can degrade the life significantly. In my experience with other battery stick vacuums which have double or even triple the voltage, this thing takes the cake. It's also ultra light and very flexible. It swivels around corners and the handle lays completely down on the floor allowing you to get under all the furniture with ease. Love this product. Wish I bought it long time ago.

A: Compared to a vacuum it is very quite. - This unit is dependent it power brushes there is no suction.

A: If you go on e.bay they are available there but cost close to thirty dollars which includes customs and shipping from the US.

Q: How close does it clean to the wall? Wondering how close it gets to the wall. Does it leave an inch or so from the wall in other words it doesn't clean too well or does it get close & do a good job.

A: It doesn't cover the corners or under cabinet areas too well but does good job in general with daily mess. You will need to do a thorough vacuum once in a while so this vac doesn't replace the big vacuums but helps with daily cleaning.

Q: Charging time How many hours does this product take to fully charge?

A: Like it says int the instruction manual, "CHARGE FOR A MINIMUM OF 20 HOURS BEFORE INITIAL USE" - and only recharge after the batteries are fully discharged. I found leaving it charging for 24 hours after the batteries go low works well.

A: There are 3 main differences between the 2. The 436211 has a 10" cleaning path, 1 speed and a 30 minute run time (i.e. time the battery will run before needing charging). The 436726 has a 12" cleaning path, 2 speeds (1 for carpet, 1 for bare floors) and a 40 minute run time. Which one is "best" depends on your intended use. If you have carpets that you will be cleaning, the 436726 is recommended.
