I used it for 5+ years for my two bedroom apartment.
Suction was very good. I just had to buy the bags and change the filter. That's it.

I have this vacuum specifically because it is very light and easy to maneuver.My previous vacuum was heavy and always gave me a sore hip carrying it about the house.....so I bought this one.
Because we only have a small dog I never found it a problem re suction...in fact it picks up anything wonderfully!

Q: Is this basically the same as The Shark Pet Perfect Vacuum? I see that you no longer carry the Pet Perfect version, which I bought less than 6mths ago and is no longer working. They are terrible vacuums and I'm wondering if I take it back, will I just get this as a replacement?

A: It has a removable filter, which comes with the replacement bags, when you buy them at Canadian Tire. They are not advertised as hepa or anti-allergen, so to my knowledge, they are not.

Q: how do you replace the bag on the shark EP780C The bag won't stay attached to the outlet inside the canister. The debris was all over the inside. There is a slot for the bag to sit in but that does not attach it to the outlet.

Q: I've got this vacumm cleaner. It stopped working in about 3 months. I suspect it got overheated. Could it be the case that the filter needs to be chan ged? It works for a minute and then shuts off... Thanks
