Mission and a half to assemble

We bought this dresser on sale thinking it would be a great replacement for our older, heavy dresser. We donated our old dresser before assembling this new one. I wish we kept the old one. The directions were not always correct or potentially we got parts that were duplicates instead of the right away. The drawers need a lot of effort to make them even and square and even then they don’t go in nicely as they catch on each other or the sides. Money and afternoon wasted with this. Don’t waste your time

The drawers stick and are very difficult to slide in and out. The stars are only for the look while the quality is rated below zero

A: The entire Sauder Salted Oak Dresser is made of an environmentally friendly material called “engineered wood.” It’s a combination of high-quality hard wood and soft wood residuals of other lumber processes. These components are bonded together with a synthetic resin and then applied to high heat and pressure. The result is a dense, strong panel that is laminated and cut into pieces.
