I love these bottles!

I own 9 of these bottles in two different sizes, and have had them for a long time. I love the rubber ring around the top with a loop to carry, or to hook to a clip. But, after several years of constant use (I use these every single day), the rubber loops have broken off. I'm hoping I can buy replacement loops!

Not equal to the original Chug!

I bought these to replace my original bottles that I kept giving to friends. You "improved" the original by making it taller so that it no longer fits under my ice-maker, No longer fits my cup holder, and isa more brittle type of plastic which is going to fail more easily than the originals! Thankfully they still have the finger loops and are leakproof. Where can I get the originals?!!!

Finger loops break!

I bought a couple of these water bottle and the size is just right, however: the finger loops broke off. I'd like to order replacements of just the loops as the bottles aren't very old.

I need replacement lids

I have many of these bottles and like them a lot. They are simple and easy to clean. They don't take on the taste of soap after being in the dishwasher either. The lids are a problem. In my case the poptop has broken off on many of them. The fingerloop has also cracked and broken off which isn't a problem.
I really would like to be offered replacement lids, even if they are a different color and don't match my bottles. I don't want to get rid of them but need a lid to continue using them. I would rate this bottle higher if lids were available for purchase.

Average quality

Quality is average, 2 of 4 bottles close properly and remaining 2 the top is prone to pop off. Rubbermaid should check better the quality before to put in the market
