Terrible product

I’ve always thought Rowenta was a good name and was supposed to make quality products but this steamer proved I was wrong. The first time I used it, it was super weak and barely removed a wrinkle. I put it away for a year or two and today I decided I would try it again…I plugged it in and the light didn’t turn on. It got hot but never produced steam. I used it for about 4 minutes since purchased and it looks absolutely brand new so there is no acceptable reason for this not to be working- even if it’s working poorly.This was a total waste of money. Do not buy.

Never worked well

I bought the steamer, used in a little bit and thought steamers were a fail. I recently bought a new steamer of another brand, and now I know how a good steamer works. Rowenta is a good name, but this is not a good product.

this product performs as well or better than I had hoped for. The only thing is that no information for repacement parts or phone numbers were given so that I could buy the creaser and hanger.
