Better than the original Steam Pads

They have a better texture, seem to do a better job of picking up dirt, and have made cleaning the kitchen floor tiles and living room hardwood easier, and more effective once again.

If this is what I think it's for. The description you provide is pretty vague. The Shark Steam Mop replacement pads are not the same as the one that came with the Shark. I had no choice but to purchase the pocket style because Canadian Tire does not stock the flip style that goes with my steamer. The pocket one fits however, the reason I bought the flip and release one was so that my 86 year old mother didn't have to bend over and pull on it. We are going to have to order the flip style on line. I do not like online shopping. Canadian Tire should supple replacements for the products they sell even after they go out of stock.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Scrub When I bought the Shark Intelligent Steam Pocket mop, it came with a pad that had two different textures to it - the regular texture (shown in the picture) and a "scrub" texture on the other side. Do these pads have these two interchangeable sides?

A: The pad you are describing with one "mini shag" side and one "scrub" side is actually intended for use with the Shark Sonic Steam Pocket Mop, not he Intelligent Steam Pocket Mop. The proper replacement pad for the Intelligent Steam Pocket Mop (sku # 43-6672) is sku # 43-6774. This box includes 2 rectangular "mini shag (both sides) pads + 1 triangular "mini shag" pad to fit on the 2 heads that come with the Intelligent Steam Pocket Mop (rectangular and triangular).
