    Yellow Jackets perform very well

    Browning BL22 lever shoots 1 inch groups at 50 yds. Browning Buck Mark carbine shoots hole in hole at 50 with Vortex Sparc red dot. I’ve had one dud in 250 +/- shot. No miss feeds. By the way the Buck Mark is a semi-auto.

    awesome for pests up to about 40-50y but the groups get really bad after that. if you want to put a pest down fast this is want you want.

    Great in the right rifle

    I have used Yellow Jackets in two 10-22s including one with a target chamber, a Cooey semi-auto, three bolt actions and pistols. I have had good luck with all of mine, but some friends' rifles don't like to feed them, the large hollow-point gets damaged and they don't group well. I have had excellent accuracy from the Yellow Jackets, found them very consistent, and they hit hard! Great for varmint hunting, but very destructive for edible game.

    Little pricy for a box of 50, these jam in my lever action henry. The Winchester 222 packs are best for the money with no jammers

    Would only cycle 2 rounds in row and then jam up. Was not accurate when I used it in the magazine. Got frustrated so I just started self loading. then I started getting 1/2 inch groups. DO NOT BUY FOR SEMI AUTO RIFLES!

    Q: varmints could this coyote at about 50 yards

    • A: Yes it will kill a coyote at 50 yards if you place the shot correctly for the simple reason it will kill a full size dog and a human at that range so don't kid you self. And if your not a good shot use a center fire firearm so you get a harder hitting cartridge with better stopping power. The only reason hunters use a HI powered .223 for the extra range like 300-400 yards and 22-250 or 243 for 500-800 yards because it is hard to get close to a coyote unless you catch him by surprise.
