Box said 20 minutes to install. Took it to Cdn Tire Service Dept. who anticipated 1.5 hrs to install. ( returned item for that reason). Also back camera is not very waterproof. ( instructions say do not let the camera get wet when going through a car wash.

Dans l'ensemble bien , le systeme de support a ventouse devrait peut-etre offrir des options ,(longueur du bras) celui que j'ai semble robuste mais est long ( 20 cm env. ) toutefois maléable en tous sens, caméra clair , ne pas oublier d'enlever le protecteur ! Écran coloré et clair. Connecté 8 heures par jour en continu , jusqu'a maintenant il fonctionne bien, a voir dans le futur ( 2 mois d'utilisation ). pour le prix ( acheté en vente ) Bon achat

Q: I have a 1997 Honda CRV. Will a backup camera work in this? I note the camera is placed in the license plate well but there's a spare tire mounted next to this - would this not block its visible range?

A: If you can hook up the wiring as per the instructions that should be ok. You would have to hang the camera on the plate by hand to see what coverage you get. do a temp set up at the back of the car before doing any permanent install. I had an FJ Cruiser and put the camera in a hole over the trailer hitch witch worked great as that plate was on the side

A: Yes has to be wired into back up light on drivers side on my 2003 Dodge Ram. The rest of the hook up is WIFI. Not sure in your Kia just follow instructions,

Q: We have the 5" Reload Backup Camera and I'm trying to replace the mount because our mount keeps falling off the windshield and everywhere I look there is no 4 pin connection only ball connections. I've looked online and I can't find any that would fit it.

Q: how do you wire it to a car with no back up lights? can you run a toggle switch on it ?

A: As long as the power (ampere and voltage) provided by the toggle switch is same as what the tail gate light provides, the camera system can work. However, you need to turn on and off the system manually.

A: I agree, there are no instructions for the installation of the suction cup mounting bracket. Simple! The tube between the suction cup and the mounting bracket end is very shapeable so that you can customize it to your specific location (e.g. windshield/dash) within your vehicle.
