This is good for removing the snow off of the roof if the vehicles.
The only complaint is that it doesn’t swivel. But besides that it’s a great product that doesn’t scratch your vehicle

The head isn't tight and will unscrew itself while in use. Not great at removing even light slush or freezing rain off the wind shield.

Production problem--easy fix

Purchased this product in December . Worked fine until it started to spin and fall of the telescopic arm. Whatever held it together was gone. manufacturing problem but easy fix. align the hole in the arm with the hole in the receptacle on the pad. With a 5/32 drill bit drill the hole right trough to the other side. Install a 5/32 size cotter pin. Bend the long edge of the cotter pin back and trim it so it doesn't go over the bulb of the pin. Lightly hammer it in place so it doesn't protrude. trim the other edge back to it doesn't stick out . finished. will not scratch vehicle but you can duck tape over it if you would feel more secure. Works fine,
