Q: The new rear wiper I got is defective. It missed the top half of the arc. I can't find their customer service contact. Need help.

A: When a brand new wiper blade does not reach/clear its full extent - the root cause is the spring arm itself. You need to get a wad of paper towels, find the hinge point by pulling the blade off of the glass, surround it with paper towel then soak/spray the metal hinge pin with WD-40. Then lift and push the blade arm away from and against the glass about 100 times. This will allow the spring to overcome the rust at the hinge, and keep the blade seated against the glass as it wipes.
