Worked great, until it didn’t.

We followed all of the instructions, turned it off after each use. Charged for 3 hours and never over charged. Rode it MAYBE 4 times and now I cannot get it to charge. My son is devastated it doesn’t work!

I bought this a month ago and I have problems every time my kid want to use it is a problem to star on. I have done everything by the book but its a problem with the charge or the start button every time. I need help last time the start button dont ligh up anymore. Please I need help

J'ai acheté cette trottinette pour mon garçon de 5 ans. Il a tout de suite compris comment elle fonctionnait, et je suis agréablement surpris de la qualité. Elle est simple et bien conçue, excellent pour le.prix payé (149 + tx). Je mets 4 étoiles, j'aurais aimé qu'il y aie un ajustement du top speed, et/ou de la puissance. Ne reste qu'à voir la.robustesse à long terme.

A: It isn’t the best quality but reading the reviews online and comparing similar products. I returned the turbo and purchased the regular electric scooter better battery charge and weight limit vs speed.

A: The max weight for our Turbo A is 110 LBS/ 50 KG. The next Razor Electric scooter is our Power A2 with a max weight of 143 LBS/ 68.8 KG Then our E prime Air at 176 LBS./80 KG. All are available at Canadian Tire.
