The dams absorb water on contact, swelling up to create a barrier that helps contain the liquid. Simply lay them flat until activated by water, and watch them grow over 2 inches high in just 5 minutes. The inner absorbent material is fully contained, preventing any seepage that could damage floors. Best of all, the kits are easy to store and use quickly when needed for condensation, water spills, leaky pipes, or blocking doorways. Ideal for indoor water control, though not recommended for use with saltwater, chlorine or calcium.
