The pull down nozzle will not quite retract all the way up as it should. The weight is in the proper place. Any suggestions?

Hello Coop, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Based on your description, it sounds like the spray head may be prevented from docking completely when it gets to the spout. Check the weight on the hose as you manually retract it to make sure the weight is not reaching the floor or being obstructed as you pull it out and dock it, preventing the spray head from reaching the spout completely to dock. Q: Does the spray/stream function stay set or do you have to constantly hold down the button for a function?

  • A: We're sorry we missed your question. No, you don't need to hold the button down. You toggle the button to spray mode, and it stays in the spray until you toggle it back to stream or turn the water off, and it will revert back to stream mode.
