Faucet great, dish washing soap dispenser is BAD

Purchased and installed April 2025. The faucet works great, love it. The Soap dispenser worked for a few days only. It seems like the pump mechanism won't stay primed. There is enough dish washing liquid in it. We have cleaned the pump jeans and tube as per the maintenance and care guide. I am so frustrated with this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Handle leak

I bought this about 2 months ago. Was fairly easy to install and the look, design and functionality was overall, great. Then I started to get a leak in the handle. Unsure why, but has anybody else had the same issue. Now it's leaking to the point where I have to turn off the water valve underneath the sink.
No, I do not recommend this product.

If this doesn't resolve it, then cartridge #974-074 will need to be replaced. We'd be happy to send you replacement parts if needed at no cost under your product’s warranty. If you need help installing the parts, we're confident that our team can walk you through the process to get it fixed right away. As the original purchaser, your faucet is backed by Pfister's Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers the finish and function for as long as you own it.
