I love this baking sheet cover. I cook everything on it and it really helps with even cooking color and preventing sticking. I love that it has extended the life of my old tired cookie sheets saving them from landfill and saving me from spending more. They are easily cleaned with soapy water and have a super long shelf life. This is the second one I have bought. I have one that is on another cookie sheet that is 4 years old and still look great and works well. They are not cheap to buy, but, they are so well made that they last, so in my opinion well worth what I paid for them.
