Excellent product, inefficient delivery service

I’m very pleased with my SMEG hand blender. I especially enjoy using all the attachments.It’s both versatile and powerful enough for my requirements. This next comment has nothing to do with the product but the shipping and delivery time for this item. It took 4 weeks instead of 6-10 days to finally receive my order and I had to make several calls to customer service to hunt it down. Not a great endorsement for online ordering from Canadian Tire…
