Not plumber friendly, especially not for DIY.

Requires special size Allen wrench, 7/64. Only a dip finish installer is going to carry that size around, not your everyday plumber size.They don’t even list size on instructions requiring a trip to the store under pressure. The wand feature on a transfer valve to 90 finish nut doesn’t leave a spot for a wrench, don’t think even a strap wrench will do. It now sticks straight up rather than down because that is as hand tight I could get. The cartridge leaks past first install, could be my fault because I didn’t remove cartridge before soldering. I was gentle, and have had plenty other brands work just fine with a little heat. Not positive that is the case for the leak. It’s been several years since installing moen and I’m returning not impressed.

It's incredibly LOUD!

I love the design and this is the second bathroom where I've used Brantford fixtures but it's the first Brantford shower/tub installation. When running water for the tub I have to leave the bathroom and close the door. Even then...

Terrible water flow

The first time I turned this faucet on I didnt get much water flow. I dont have this problem anywhere else in my house. If you want strong water flow I do not recomend

The Moen Brantford Posi-Temp tub/shower in chrome comes with a showerhead that has a maximum flow rate of 2.5 gallons per minute at 80 PSI. The U.S. Energy Policy Act restricts the maximum flow rate of plumbing products and the removal of flow control devices. All Moen Products comply with the Federal Law.

Poor tub stopper design

My new bathroom hardware was installed by a plumber. The tub spout diverted has never worked properly. It only blocks half of the water to the shower head.
