I have several fry pans and I find this brand lasts just as long as the others, one main thing is not to over heat it, I use a thermo gun and never let the temp over 375.

Q: What material is the enamel, non-stick coating made out of? Is the enamel, non-stick coating ceramic-based, or does it contain Teflon, PTFE or PFOA?

A: Oh yes this would be your standard teflon or variation thereof, with all the PTFE & PFOA you expect and I would NOT use any metal utensils on it no matter what they say.

A: I wouldn't take this pan any higher than 350 degree and never use it on high heat. Of course with at rubber grip on the handle it not suitable for in the oven.

Q: Is this product safe to use with induction stove top?

A: Safe? or appropriate? Induction works by a magnetic field therefore cookware must be magnetic, how magnetic it is is a good indicator of how well it will work. This pan is not of the Induction specific type and the fact it has an coating on the outside likely rules it out. Induction type cookware is labeled as such and you should not have any finding it. Trying to save money? Simple cast iron works but the heavy weight and rough surface is risky to use with an induction range.
