Hamilton Beach Upright Freezer

We purchased this product on October 24, 2025 and was in a closed box. Upon opening it, found it was nothing as described on the website so I then called the store and explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do for me. They contacted the supplier but got no response. The freezer is working fine but it is a much cheaper model than what was advertised. There are no bins in the door and no basket. I could return it but there was no replacement and couldn’t get one for two months. So buyer beware.

Freezer quit after 60 hours.

Bought on Saturday, left standing in garage for 3 days. Plugged in. Loaded with food, 60 hours later, done, warm inside, lots of spoiled food. Very disappointed, I would not recommend thos appliance.
