String too loose, keeps derailing

Got this new bow for my 11 year old son, Tried 1 shot, sting came loose and derail. Put back the sting at it's position. 2nd shot, same thing happened, string keeps coming loose and derailing. I would not recommend, bad experience.

I just opened the bow up from its box and the string is loose. I have searched but don’t know how to restring it to bring it back to its Tension. I’m trying to figure it out but could use some help.

I bought this as a Christmas present main gift this year….. when I opened box the strings had already slipped loose and there is no instructions on how to restring this. We aren’t bow hunters but have a child interested in starting and competing in tournaments. This was the product everyone suggested. I have reached out and hoping for assistance in this issue. Hopefully it’s a quick and easy fix that can be taught and walked through for future issues if need be.
