No HOT WATER

Just replaced the cartridge 1 month ago, and im not getting any hot water at all. ??

Thank you so much for the feedback you posted on the website. The Moen Align One-Handle Pre-Rinse Spring Pulldown Kitchen Faucet includes a warranty with purchase. Cartridges do not have a life expectancy as several factors can cause them to fail including quality of water, debris passing into it, and amount of use. I would recommend ensuring that the valve is cleaned and flushed prior to installing the new cartridge, which should help the cartridge last longer. Faucet became loose after a while

I love my faucet—it is well made and sturdy. However, it became loose after a while. It looks like the clear gasket on the base has worn out completely, making the faucet unstable. I’ve been looking for this part everywhere but haven’t had any success. I’ve heard that this product has a lifetime warranty, so any help the Moen team can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Not worth the price

Very disappointed that after 3 years the hot water censor broke. This wasn’t a cheap faucet. It was a splurge in our kitchen refresh… now we only have pressure for cold water !

Base is not sturdy enough when attaching to a stainless steel sink,because the stainless steel sink will flex,,,,Moen needs to address this issue.......

Great faucet except base becomes loose

The faucet seems well made and performs very well. However, the single-handle base - mounted in a granite counter top - has become loose several times in only a few weeks of use. The faucet was installed by a professional, who retightens the base every time he’s here. I’m hoping there is a long term solution for this problem.
