Poor quality holder

Echoing my sentiments among others; arm dislodges from the base. Builder installed these with our new home in Sept 2025, and have been dealing with this ever since. Not the high quality we expected from Moen. Do Not Recommend

Paper falls out all the time no way to get it to stay definitely don’t recommend it started a month after I moved in to my brand new home poor design
