Garbage expensive lights

Bought these lights for Christmas worked good for a few weeks now the lights are flickering not the easiest to take up and down got on sale bought 2 boxes was well over $400 not impressed at all.

What a waste

I’ve have only had the lights up a few months and a bunch of lights flicker. The ones that flicker seemed to have lost the colours from yellow to green. If I would’ve paid full price for these lights, I would’ve been very upset. what an absolute waste. Buyer beware

I bought these a month ago when they were on sale and I couldn't be more disappointed in my decision to do so. Less than 4 weeks later and the lights are broken and unusable. It started with a few lights flickering randomly and now every light on the strand is flickering. Also, the lights are completely random compared to what they're set to display in the app. I try and put on solid white lights and I have a mix of yellow and red lights flickering all over the place. Customer service has be brutal and refused to do a return since they're "christmas lights". Pretty pathetic for something marketed as a year round permanent product in Canada. Save your money for better quality.

A: No. The power must come from one of the ends of the string. There is no splitter to go two directions.

We previously advised “no” because a T‑connector splitter is not available, meaning the power supply cannot be placed in the middle of the run to connect two light strings. Please rest assured that the controller is designed to function properly when installed according to the product specifications. Powering from the middle of the run is not supported, as the string lights are engineered for end‑to‑end power flow. We hope this explanation helps clarify your concerns.

Q: Can these be used with a photocell outlet? Can a shorter extension cord be used than the one provided?

A: Thanks for reaching out. We do not recommend using the permanent lights with a photocell outlet, as the lights are very bright. We are concerned that their brightness may affect the performance of the photocell outlet. Due to the special connector structure, other shorter extension cords cannot be used with the permanent lights. Please use only the extension cord included in the packaging. Hope for your understanding in this matter.
