I recently tried this new cast iron frying pan. I was very impressed, it held heat evenly and left a nice browning on my mushrooms. I also made a great omelette. It was perfect.

Pan seems to be good quality, but actually comes with instructions telling you it needs to be seasoned before use. Not sure why it's called a "Pre-Seasoned" pan if it needs to be seasoned when you purchase it? Once properly prepared it worked well.
