c' est bien pour des aliments sans jus. j' ai essayé de sceller des poitrines de poulet bouillies( égouttées sur un essui-tout). La machine aspire le jus de la viande , ça déborde à l' intérieur de la machine et ca ne scelle pas. j' ai essayé 3x, même résultat. De plus, le poulet est devenu sec, car son jus avait été aspiré. J' ai congelé le poulet AVANT , sinon c'est impossible de conserver la tendreté.

got this thing not too long ago I used it make a few dozen times had it less than 6 months now the vacume wont stop sucking when it removes the air and wont auto seal. I changed gaskets still not working properly. do not recomend
