Quiet and customizable. I needed some form of exercise and cardio that was low impact for an aging body. This fit the bill. I can listen to a program or show while in use and this makes working out less of a chore.

There is a reason it’s so cheap

From the moment we tried to set it up, there have been problems.
First — when attempting to register the bike, your system immediately told us the serial number was already in use. This is a brand-new product, purchased sealed from an authorized retailer. There should be absolutely no scenario where a new customer cannot register their own equipment due to a previously used serial number.
Second — the resistance function does not work properly. Increasing resistance on the bike does not consistently increase the load, making the bike unusable for structured workouts.
Third — Bluetooth connectivity is unreliable. We paired the bike with Rouvy and sometimes it connects, other times it does not, with no clear pattern. We have followed the instructions and troubleshooting steps, and the inconsistency makes the bike effectively unusable for the purpose it was purchased.
Ended up returning product to local CT where they were excellent to deal with.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible

Terrible. The holes in the handlebar 'stem' dont match. The left pedal never screwed in properly, and the wheel had two little balls that were magnetic that fell out. How this was EVER 800$ (we got it on sale for 329$) is beyond me.
Worst thing I've ever spent money on.
I'd give it a 0 out of 5 if I could.

Worst bike and service

This product is not worthy of a good review. It was not put together correctly. The fly wheel does not spin, brakes do not work. It screeches as you try to pedal. Tried calling support, no help. I purchased a 3 -year warranty, the warranty department would not honor until the 1 year manufacturers warranty expired. This is TERRIBLE company to buy any product from.
