These weights feature a hook and loop closure to fasten securely around the ankles or wrists for a desired fit. The brushed polyester material provides a comfortable feel throughout your workout. Each weight contains sealed sand-filled compartments for consistent weight distribution. These one-size-fits-most weights will help you strengthen and tone the biceps, triceps, hips, thighs and calves.

These are comfortable but the straps started to fall apart after just two weeks. Canadian Tire refused to return them for me!
