Je ne passe pas une seule journée sans faire au moins 30 minutes d’exercice . J’ai 80 ans et ça me permet de faire de l’exercice tout en regardant la TV. Même parfois des petits exercices de 10 minutes. À mon âge, je ne fais pas de sprint pour fatiguer mon corps; je veux seulement m’assouplir.

A: It is a very comfortable seat. Sort of a wide triangle: the back is 16" wide sides are 8" and the front triangle is 9" x 9" x 16"

A: The actual bike is 46” long by 20 wide. So depending on how much overhang you want. I would go at least a couple inches all around extra. How that help

A: The seat position is adjustable. My wife is 5'2 and has no issues using it. She uses the mid position, so there is still room for adjustment.

Q: How much does the bike weigh? I can't find any information. As a senior lady, can I take it out of my vehicle by myself?

A: I dont know what the bike would weigh, but I'm guessing it would be about 60lbs, maybe more, but I would say it would be to heavy and awkward to carry as a senior lady.
