The broom was returned it was clearly used I purchased it online and went to pick it up it was clearly a used item and there was only one other showing in stock in a community 500 km away. I asked for a refund and one was provided

The broom is performing well so far. I've cleaned the head once which was not too difficult. I'm a bit concerned about how the head is fastened to the broom. It snaps in vs held together with bolts.
