Easy to assemble and its quite big.

Great gun cabinet no frills but serves the purpose! Well built sturdy but still should be secured to a wall or floor!

I picked up the Yukon Gear Ready-to-Assemble 12-Gun Security Cabinet/Safe thinking it’d be a quick weekend project… and honestly, it turned into a surprisingly fun one. “Ready-to-assemble” made me feel like I was starring in my own home improvement show. The instructions had me fully locked in—like, “don’t talk to me, I’m building something important” energy. By the end of it, I was basically a certified cabinet engineer (self-appointed, but still counts). Once it was all put together, I’ve got to say—it looks sharp. Clean, solid, and way more legit than I expected for something I built myself. Everything fits nicely, the door lines up great, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. There’s something extra satisfying about storing your gear in something you assembled with your own two hands. Bonus: I now walk past it daily like “yeah… I built that.” Final verdict: Assembly experience: oddly satisfying and mildly heroic Finished product: solid, secure, and good-looking Ego boost: significant Would I buy it again? Absolutely. It’s part storage solution, part personal achievement.

It has to be assembled. Price was right. Silly that the bolts are somehow recessed, the nut sits inside the cabinet. Longer shotguns or firearms won't fit underneath top shelf. Shelf does come out, then requires a different safe for ammunition or cleaning kits. The leg bolts it came with to secure to wall and floor are a little excessive. Would be 5 stars, but I feel it should have a couple more spots to fasten the sides to the bottom and a better lay out plan. But it serves it purpose.
