Great video on Havahart's website on how to set up the trap and the option of using only 1 door. The instructions on the box make it difficult to see how to set the trigger rods. Already caught 2 mice and both appeared unharmed. Was surprised that neither mouse was frozen in fear or agitated by being trapped. I had baited the trap by putting a bunch of peanuts without shells at 1 end of the trap instead of using the bait tray because it is easier to access, less messy, and gives the trapped rodent enough to eat while trapped so that it is less stressed. I like that this trap is all metal to prevent a rodent from chewing its way out, has no sharp edges to minimize injuries, has plenty of room to move around to minimize claustrophobia, has a solid floor to reduce any soiling or food from falling through, and is easy to transport and release the trapped rodent.

The trap does the job. The only drawback is that you need tiny hands to smear the bait (in my case, peanut butter) on the small tray.
