Q: I can’t use this product because the powder inside the can is rock solid. Shaking or banging the can does not loosen up the powder. How can I break up the powder inside the canister so it usable?

A: The powder was rock solid when I bought it. I first tried using it within a few hours of buying. In the future, I’d test the can by squeezing or shaking in store to see if the product was even usable. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they never responded.
