As a lover of Da Vinci, this feels ripped from the pages of his sketch book and the functionality matches as well and adds to the experience. I hope this is the first of many Da Vinci inventions I'm able to build and display.

This is a great set for getting good photos and looks amazing just about anywhere ( other than the toilet ) it was fun to build even though it got confusing at times, it’s also bigger than you would think and can flap front and back wings, it is fun to fly around like an airplane.

A great gift

This was a gift to me, and I so enjoyed building it. Loved the pulleys and making the moving parts. Once finished the lever on the undercarriage moves back and forth causing the wings and tail to move up and down. Such a fun build. It doesn’t take long either.

Small detail suggestion

Overall the build is very well executed and has some great features. The movement of the wings and reproduction of the original design is very well done. My 2 constructive criticisms are: 1- the trigger while being nicely done could use just a slight bit more to rest your thumb against on the back side, perhaps an angled brick to prevent your thumb from slipping off. 2. Davinci was left handed. The mini figure is shown in the instructions with the quill in his right hand. Other than that, I love the set!
