My granddaughter (6-year-old) built this as we FaceTimed. She loved it. Her brother is into the larger sets but she likes these that can be easily assembled. The instructions were very good. It was a great purchase.

My 3 year old loves gabby dollhouse, and had a great time building this all by herself! The Gabby minifig is atomically correct as Gabby is A CHILD. The other review on here is frankly creepy.
