Received this as a gift.. balls and hanging toys were missing.. my daughter was gonna just get rid of it but I said I could try and get what was missing. Very disappointed that she couldn’t use it even thought she could have!

Poorly sewn Velcro

We use this for our baby all time. However the light up elephant toy has a Velcro strap that’s not very good. The Velcro strings unraveled causing the elephant to fall on our baby.

We received this as a baby shower gift. Baby is 5 months now and uses this mat EVERY day. The elephant is clearly a favorite in her eyes. To say this is our go to when baby needs space is an understatement. Just today I looked for, read and followed washing instructions. Sadly, as I placed it on the drying rack I noticed a tear :( Obviously, we can still use with no issue but I'm frustrated this happened.

Good but could be better

So there is nothing on the tag that says anything about not washing the mat. I have washed the mat 2 times. The first time nothing happened. The second time the whole structure of the mat became flimsy. And the foam part shrank to nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great my son loved it and I do to and ball pit was a plus it gives the child different options to play with but the balls be everywhere he like to throw them but it stains easy but you can throw the mat in the wash and it come back to life!
