Comes up short

Frustrated and disappointed to get this heavy AC unit home only to discover the exhaust hose wasn’t long enough to reach the window. Consequently, we had to travel to several hardware stores seeking options to make things fit.
The height from the AC unit to the window was approximately 4 1/2 feet, but the exhaust hose fully extended was only about 3 1/2 feet. So, we had to purchase a flexible metal exhaust pipe, cut the plastic hose that came the AC unit, and attach everything with duct tape. The end result looks cheap.
Additionally, the exhaust piece that attaches to the adjustable plastic board that inserts into the window is not a great fit (given the diameter design) so it too needed to be affixed with duct tape.
The AC itself operates very effectively and cools the area quickly and operates fairly quietly. However, the sacrifice is the trailer-trash like appearance due to having to customize the exhaust hose because the one supplied is entirely too short.
It’s sad when companies skimp on the accessories, particularly after placing so much thought and technology into the device itself.

Defective after a year

The efficiency of the unit was average but still good.
This is unit was also described as silent (Whisper). It is not more or less loud than any other unit on the market.
However, this product works as expected for a little more than a year, However, the unit is no longer cooling, but does not report any errors. Since the warranty period is only for 1 year, this unit is no longer under warranty.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Climatiseur arrete completement une fois temperature atteint sans laisser le ventillateur en fonction, tres dea
greable dans une chambre a coucher. Surevalue pour le nombre de pieds carres, Il y a mieux sur le marche.
