misleading packaging

i bought this assuming it was a Fan Heater .. but it is either a Fan OR a Heater. it does not do both. u toggle the switch to turn it to fan mode or heat mode. The fans do not work to push heat (not much heat at that).

Q: Can the fan speed be changed from high to low during heater operation?

  • A: The fan does not blow faster or slower, only the ceramic element gets hot or hotter. Fan speed seems to be the same. It is a nice and quiet speed and seems to distribute the heat well.
