Not conducive for left hand use. Need to manually lock sipping hole. Handle gets in the way of things. Bring back the original design.

OK.... I know that I've left a review for this fantastic mug years ago on another website, but here goes. I have 2 of these and I LOVE them. When my handle got loose, I pried the cap off the handle and tightened the screw. A small screwdriver is all it took. I use mine for every thing I want to drink, but mostly coffee. I use it every day. I do have one small complaint... why CAN'T I get a new gasket for the lid?!!! The mug is fine, it just needs a new gasket because the original one is starting to wear out and I don't want to throw out a perfectly good mug, just because of a 2 dollar rubber gasket. PLEASE make them available.... PLEASE!!!!!

  • A: Hello, This lid is a screw top lid. The part you actually put your mouth on to get your drink is a left up/snap down secure piece. Hope this helps.
