Versatile shape with grill marks.

Ive had several rock pieces over the years I've found them long lasting and very versatile. This one can cook a steak or you csn roast 4 sandwiches at the same time. It has the raised bars to give grill marks but it is also good to heat pizza without the total bottom conecting with the food.

it's stick pan not non stick

It's disappoint to buy heritage product and I found not related product to The name I use it for 20 years and I still use their product but this one is very bad product I use it once and I could not clean it tell now. I don't know how to clean it. it looks like black burned layer.

Excellent Pan

This pan is excellent! It heats up quickly (don’t use high setting) oil the pan BEFORE you preheat and absolutely nothing sticks! Easy cleanup once cooled. Great for salmon, chicken, burgers and hot dogs so far!

Q: CT website indicates it's dishwasher safe but the product sleeve says to never put it in the dishwasher. Is the pan truly dishwasher safe?

A: Hi there, This cookware should not be put in dishwasher. Certain dishwashing detergents may cause the coating to become dull and/or discoloured. Our warranty does not cover this type of wear, as the performance of the cookware is not affected.

A: The grill pan is made of aluminum and has 3 coats of nonstick coating. There is PTFE in this coating but no PFOA.

A: Heritage The Rock Grill Pan is oven safe up to 450 °F / 230 °C. Always use gloves or oven mitts when using as the handle may become hot.
