Reduce Insulated Stainless Steel Tumbler with 3-1 Lid with Straw, 1.1-L, White

This looks like a very good mug and feels really good. Useful for fitting in the cup holder and holds a lot of liquid. It is a very nice travel mug, until something goes wrong. My first one of these I had an issue with the lid in the first 6 months. It became loose and was leaking when I would take a sip. I managed to change the lid and again it worked well for about 6 months. When I reached out the manufacturer they were very eager to help, until they found out I was in Canada. The short response is that the store where you purchased it from will look after any warranty issues. Which basically means they(The Manufacturer) doesn't care about it's Canadian customers. So initially replacement lids were hard to come by but now it seems they are more readily available. Probably because they become problematic after a short time. I have a 50oz mug from the same company and have had it for at least 3 years and it is still going strong and the lid fits like the first day I bought it. So somewhere along the line, quality became an issue. This mug has a slightly higher price point and should expect slightly better quality but falls into the category of products half the price. The other issue was the paint coming off in the area where I would sip from. Again only with the 40oz. My 50oz has zero issues. So take it for what it is. I did buy another 40oz because it was on sale and it is a good mug before any issues come. But it will be my last purchase of this brand, mostly because of the Canadian brush off clause.

This is the perfect travel mug for keeping your drinks cold. I bought this one for a gift as I love mine and use it often. I even take mine to my local coffee shop, and after ordering a cold drink, poured it into my “Reduce Mug”! Four hours later I still have ice!

Bought this for my college student and she really likes it.
