Love the battery life on my mop as I struggle to keep going and have to have breaks normally my old one I had to charge so takes twice as long to do the steam that comes out of it is decent doesn’t leave floor soaking wet I like the fact it have a decent length to hold the item and very simple to empty clean and refill and love the fact comes with extras

Not the best shark product

The charger cord stopped working and it is impossible to use another kind because iy is a special kind. It has a round disc that is used to magnetically connect to the product to charge it. The pads you have to use for it are kind of pricey.

Better mops out there

I bought this mop not know it was not a steam mop, and also has a vaccine feature that seems pointless. The pads are not reusable which is quite unfortunate. I believe there are plenty of mops out there for this price that are much better.

A: The Shark Vacmop is designed to handle anything from quick pickups to whole cleaning sessions -just charge it between uses. If it's used for one-off everyday messes or for more mopping than vacuuming, it will last longer on one charge. If you’re continuously vacuuming, a full charge will last up to 13 minutes.

Q: Does this leave mop solution leave a sticky residue behind? I've been using Swiffer wet pads and I hate them. My floors "look" clean but do not feel clean.

Q: Can you use your own cleaner in this unit or dilute the suggested cleaner? The swiffer spray mop has to have the entire bottle installed on the mop which I do not want. Is that the case with this mop? Thanks!

A: This mop has a container that you dump the cleaner into. So you can decide how much cleaner you want to add. They suggest you don’t use any other cleaner. But this would be your choice to take a chance. I have not, and will not, use another cleaner with this machine
