I have enjoyed Heritage Rock cookware for years...until today. Roasted a whole chicken at 350F and the pan (9x13) broke in half. Loser, Loser, chicken dinner. :(

  • A: I don’t see why not. We use it in a conventional oven and it’s tough. Enamel glaze outside, coarse interior. We would yse it on our wood cookstove
