True non stick

Replaced an older T-Fal wok that had started to stick with this Heritage The Rock Aluminum Traditional Wok Stir Fry Pan. It works as well as any new T-Fal product without the health concerns. We had originally tried a HENCKELS Paradigm Hybrid Ceramic but found it didn't have the non stick performance we wanted. This doesn't look as good as the HENCKELS but performs more in line with our expectations.

Only used a handful of times so far, however it is a good cooking pan. very versatile. If you are looking for a more traditional fry pan I would get a wider based pan instead this one is more like a wok.

Also, https://www.seniorcare2share.com/what-is-the-coating-on-the-rock-frying-pan/ which confirms they use PTFE, with the statement that it is safe - You'll need to scroll to "Does the rock frying pan have Teflon?". Hope this helps.
