A must have pizza pan

I bought one of these pizza pans. After I used it, I was so impressed that I purchased a second pan and advised a family member to purchase one as well.
Sprayed the pan with a light coating of cooking spray. When the pizza was baked, it slid right off the pan onto a cutting board ready for cutting. Easy cleanup.

Q: How do you clean after stuck food and burnt marks can not be removed best way to clean and protect the surface ? Kindly share your experience please

A: My best advise is to wet surface and generously cover with table salt. Let stand for a few hours. Should see baked on food lift off. May need a couple treatments depending on burnt food. In future coat surface with spray on oil.
