    Great accessory for hitch ball

    Have been using Curt ball covers for years. Hitch balls are coated with grease; when hitch balls is in storage, this ball cover keeps everything clean. Hitch needs to be at room temperature or warmer for the rubber cover to slide off easily. One time tried taking the cover off at below freezing temperatures and it was a challenge.

    Poor quality, will tear if you try to use them on 2" ball.

    I bought one of these for my 2" ball, as that's all CTC stocks. I was difficult to force over the ball, and after a couple of uses it tore. You're much better off to get a normal, hard plastic cover for a 2" ball.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
