Proper Care & Maintenance: Hand wash using a mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately. To preserve the longevity of the palmyra bristles only use the brush on a cool/warm surface. This is probably the best BBQ cleaning tool I’ve used. The handle above the cleaning area makes it easier to apply the pressure required to get the grill clean. Great design snd well made.

Q: Why is the wear life on this brush so poor? After only two uses of the brush at high temperatures (400 F gas BBQ), I found the plastic and bristles melted alot.

Our grill brush is made with SmartCertified palmyra bristles, a natural and safer alternative to metal bristle brush. Given the natural material, it will not last as long as the traditional metal bristle brush. However, to help extend the life of your brush, we encourage you to let your grill cool a bit before cleaning, to avoid burning off the natural brush bristles.
